Each User may hold only one (1) Account on 365pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
At registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must notify 365pkr promptly of any changes to this information.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 365pkr will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC) and may be asked for proof of address or source of funds. 365pkr reserves the right to delay withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pkr Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

All deposits and withdrawals on 365pkr are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365pkr accepts payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the 365pkr cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 365pkr Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. 365pkr does not impose platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. 365pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
365pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, Pakistani banking infrastructure, or Force Majeure events.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 365pkr are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and validity periods. In-play bets accepted after an event's conclusion, due to delayed data transmission, may be voided at 365pkr's discretion. The settlement of all bets is final once processed. Queries regarding bet settlement must be raised within seven (7) days of the event result being published.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 365pkr platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 365pkr content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 365pkr intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
The 365pkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 365pkr endeavours to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors at all times.

365pkr is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We require all Users to confirm they are 18 or older at registration and enforce age verification through KYC. Where an Account is closed due to a breach, any balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Undisputed real-money balances that pre-date the breach may be returned at 365pkr's discretion following investigation. Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 365pkr support.
365pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Continued use of the 365pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 365pkr is licensed and registered. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
